Hightail
Overview
Founded in 2004, Hightail was an early cloud company. It started as YouSendIt, a simple way to send attachments too large for email, and grew into a full file storage, sharing and management service. At the 2013 rebrand it served more than 40 million registered users across 193 countries.
As Senior Product Designer, I contributed to the rebrand from YouSendIt to Hightail and carried the new identity through the product. I led growth work including a full homepage redesign that lifted signups by 8%, co-led a redesign of the core software using UX research, ran product localization for new international markets, and prototyped core features in Illustrator and Axure.
