These terms cover your use of studionate.design, which is run by Studio Nate Corporation, a Texas company. By using the site, you agree to them.

What this site is

A portfolio and a way to start a project. Nothing here is an offer to do work. Paid work is covered by a signed proposal or contract, and where it says something different from these terms, the contract wins.

Who owns what

The text, design, images and code on this site belong to Studio Nate Corporation unless noted. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with credit. Please don't copy, republish or reuse the work shown here without written permission.

Client work

Case studies show work I did for clients, with their permission. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. Showing them doesn't mean a client endorses anything beyond what they say on the page. Case studies describe past projects, not promised results.

No warranties

I work to keep this site accurate and running, but it's provided as is, for information only, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on it is legal, financial or other professional advice.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Studio Nate Corporation isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss that comes from using this site, and its total liability for anything related to the site is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

Links to other sites are there for convenience. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for what's on them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
