What happens to your details.

What I collect
When you send the form on the Start a project page, I receive what you type: your name, work email, company, company website, role, the kind of engagement you are interested in, budget, timeline, how you heard about me, and your message. I don't collect anything else from the form.
Where it goes
Your submission is stored in a private database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site. A copy is emailed to my inbox through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, so I see it quickly. Only I read either copy.
How I use it
I use your details to reply about your project and to prepare for our first conversation. Before that call, I may look up your company's public information, such as its website and public profiles, so the call starts in the right place. I may use AI tools to help with that research and with my notes. If we work together, I reuse your details in the proposal and contract so you don't have to repeat them. I don't sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or share them with anyone else.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. I may use Cloudflare's web analytics to count visits, which works without cookies and doesn't follow you to other sites.
Keeping and deleting it
I keep inquiries while they are useful for our conversation and any work that follows. To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, email nathan@studionate.design and I'll take care of it within a few business days.
